The Board of Crystal Amber Fund Limited announces that on 14 December 2012, theCompany purchased 400,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each ("OrdinaryShares") at a price of 100p per share. These shares will be held as treasuryshares.
Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held astreasury shares by the Company is 400,000. The total number of Ordinary Sharesin issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 59,600,000.
