Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that on 25th March 2015, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 134,093 Ordinary Shares at prices between €16.58 and €21.5235 per Ordinary Share and at a price of £12.9574 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 2,651,569 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 815,914,282.
