Repurchase of Shares
Duet Real Estate Finance Limited (LSE: DREF), a registered closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey, announces that on 20 June 2012 the Company repurchased 49,821 of its ordinary shares at a price of 92.5 pence per share representing approximately 0.07 per cent of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
The repurchased ordinary shares will be cancelled immediately, following which the Company will have 75,813,428 ordinary shares outstanding with voting rights.
