The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that on 27 March 2013 the Companypurchased 330,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 99.0 pence per share tobe held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capitalconsists of 85,338,769 shares of which 10,223,819 shares are held in Treasury.Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights inBaronsmead VCT 2 plc is 75,114,950 ordinary shares of 10p.
