The Company announces that on 14 November 2012 it purchased, for immediate cancellation 250,000 of its ordinary 2p shares at a price per share of 80p.
Following the above purchase and cancellation, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 48,882,865.
The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 14 November 2012 is 48,882,865.
