Purchase of own securitiesOn 28 February 2013, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from HSBC Bank plc,100,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of £44.3814 per ordinaryshare. These shares will be held as treasury shares.
Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, theCompany has:
1. 15,835,524 shares held as treasury shares; and
2. 718,744,266 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
