Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 65,000 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 109.40 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 10,488,253 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 68,029,873.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
