Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 22 May 2015, pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 26 August 2014 to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares"), it purchased for cancellation 3,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 470p per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 16,303,611 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
Therefore, the above figure of 16,303,611 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
