Charlemagne Capital Limited13 September 2007 13 September 2007 Purchase of Own Shares for Cancellation Charlemagne Capital Limited ("Charlemagne", the "Company") announces that onWednesday 12 September 2007 it purchased for cancellation 1,000,000 OrdinaryShares of US$0.01 in the Company through UBS Limited at a price, beforeexpenses, of 60.5p per share. As a result of these purchases and cancellations, Charlemagne will have287,904,872 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each in issue.
