MAVEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT 4 PLC
On 30 June 2011, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 70,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 71.0p per share and 5,000 of its own S Ordinary shares at 72.5p per share.
Following these transactions, the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 8,594,802 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 4,911,009 S Ordinary shares of 10p each and, therefore, the number of voting shares in the Company is 13,505,811.
