SThree plc announces that on 6 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 85,954 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 196.6306 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 198.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 194.75 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,689,645 ordinary shares of 1p each.
