The Company announces that on 1 April 2011, it purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at a price of 1095p each.

Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 14,022,252 ordinary shares with voting rights

The above figures (14,022,252 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
