Lowest price paid per share: 807.00 pence

Volume weighted average price paid per share: 808.97 pence

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 1,510,054 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 133,347,129 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
