Compass Group PLC announces that on 2 September 2016 it purchased for cancellation 5,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1,466.6200 pence per share through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The lowest price paid was 1,452.0000 pence per share, and the highest was 1,481.0000 pence per share.
