Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 800,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 182.90p, the lowest price paid was 177.20p and the average price paid was 180.8660p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 47,052,589 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,107,475,036 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
