Transaction in own shares

Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 13th July 2012, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 22,147 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 41.643 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 3,150,595 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 247,438,369 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.009% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
