The Company announces that it has today purchased 37,500 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 489.50 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 77,317,273 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 204,316,637. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
