REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 111,695 Ordinary shares at 429.0053 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,162,578 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 149,312,353.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
