Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 415,435 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 206.95p, the lowest price paid was 205.40p and the average price paid was 206.3358p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 33,545,893 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,120,981,732 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
