Transaction in Own Shares
On26 June 2013 the Company purchased 215,000 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 115p per share.
Following this purchase and cancellation the Company's issued share capital will consist of 229,132,127 ordinary shares. The total number of shares with voting rights in the Company will therefore be 229,132,127. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
