Transaction in Own Shares
Livermore announces that, in the week ending 18 July 2008 the Company purchased 235,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 25.8 pence per share. The Company will hold these shares in treasury for the time being.
The Company also confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights following such repurchase is 281,369,171 and there are a total of 11,408,601 ordinary shares held in treasury. The above figure of 281,369,171 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
