Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 965,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 181.40p, the lowest price paid was 174.20p and the average price paid was 176.9969p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 44,372,589 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,110,155,036 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
