Compass Group PLC announces that on 25 January 2017 it purchased for cancellation 10,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1,411.1800 pence per share through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The lowest price paid was 1,405.0000 pence per share, and the highest was 1,417.0000 pence per share.
