Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017.

Date of purchase: 12th June 2017

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 425,317

Lowest price paid per share 787.0000

Highest price paid per share 798.0000

Average price paid per share 794.7848

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 5,298,749 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £43,132,083.52
