Transaction in Own Shares

Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L), announces that on August 11th, 2015 it purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Following the above purchase, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 20,628,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 443,476 are held in treasury.
