General Text Amendment
The following amendment has been made to the Transaction in own shares Announcement released on 11 January 2022 at 07:00 under RNS No 9939X.
Following the repurchase of these ordinary shares, the Company holds 12,692,207 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 511,934,663 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
All other details remain unchanged.

Countryside Properties plc (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on the London Stock Exchange from Numis Securities Limited ("Numis"):

Such purchases form part of the Company's existing share buyback programme and were effected pursuant to the instructions issued to Numis by the Company on 30 November 2021, as supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. Following the repurchase of these ordinary shares, the Company holds 12,692,207 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 511,934,663 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). To the extent that further ordinary shares are repurchased under the programme, these will also be held in treasury.
In connection with the above purchases, Numis as principal purchased the ordinary shares to sell to the Company on the London Stock Exchange. A full breakdown of the individual trades made by Numis as principal in connection with the above purchases is detailed below.
