Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 39,968 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 841.69 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,572,478 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,777,967.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 74,607 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 100.18 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 12,397,527 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 86,301,551.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Cash

The Company has today purchased 100,000 Managed Cash shares for Cancellation at 100.20 pence per share.

The remaining Managed Cash shares in issue is 5,203,472. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
