Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 775,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 187.40p, the lowest price paid was 182.10p and the average price paid was 183.8379p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 52,902,833 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,101,624,792 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
