Autotrader Group plc (the "Company") announces that in the period 1 April 2026 to 2 April 2026 it purchased through Merrill Lynch International the following number of its ordinary shares for Cancellation.

Following the above transactions, the Company has 826,722,432 ordinary shares in issue and holds 4,412,082 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 822,310,350 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Autotrader Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
