Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 25,970 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 795.59 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,788,068 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 29,501,374.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 87,840 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 82.17 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 17,855,200 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 79,641,604.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
