Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 12 September 2025 it purchased through Merrill Lynch International the following number of its ordinary shares for Cancellation at an average price of 787.6478 pence per share:

Lowest purchase price paid per share:

Following the above transaction, the Company has 875,413,682 ordinary shares in issue and holds 5,231,460 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 870,182,222 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Auto Trader Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
