Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 7 May 2014, it purchased 58,106 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 88.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 60,264,034 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny in issue.
