The Company announces that it has today purchased 31,786 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 603.69 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 84,828,461 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 196,805,449. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
