Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 194.70p, the lowest price paid was 186.10p and the average price paid was 189.9363p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 36,239,879 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,118,287,746 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
