Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 425,244 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 182.90p, the lowest price paid was 177.40p and the average price paid was 179.7890p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 47,957,833 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,106,569,792 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
