REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it has today purchased 43,400 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 457.653 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 6,013,989 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 155,234,089. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
