Enterprise Inns PLC10 January 2006 10 January 2006 Enterprise Inns plc - Repurchase of own shares Enterprise Inns plc announces that it has today purchased 121,265 of itsordinary shares at an average price of 930.5 pence per ordinary share. Thehighest price paid was 935.5 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 921.5pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the abovepurchase, Enterprise Inns plc holds 5,900,773 ordinary shares as treasuryshares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held astreasury shares) is 343,604,617.
