Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 15 April 2016, it purchased 275,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 86.0 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 75,697,951 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
