SThree plc announces that on 14 August 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 95,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 205.5526 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 208 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 205 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 127,358,422 ordinary shares of 1p each.
