Transaction in Own Shares

Ryanair Holdings Plc ("the Company") announces that on 29 March 2012 it purchased for cancellation 15,000,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.00635 each in the capital of the Company.

The price paid for these ordinary shares was €4.45 per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 1,440,557,261 Ordinary Shares in issue.
