CLS Holdings plc (the `Company') Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that, pursuant to its general authority by shareholders of the Company on 20 May 2008 to make market purchases of its own shares, the independent third party referred to in the announcement of 30 June 2008 purchased on behalf of the Company 10,872 Ordinary shares today at an average price of 337.4326 pence per Ordinary share, with the highest price of 340.00 pence and the lowest price of 335.00 pence. The purchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the above transactions the Company now has 65,303,113 Ordinary shares in issue, excluding shares held as treasury shares, and the number of shares held as treasury shares is 7,114,209. Therefore the total number of voting rights in CLS Holdings plc is 65,303,113.
