Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 21,308 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 840.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,518,854 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,831,591.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 90,661 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 100.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 12,305,859 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 86,393,219.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
