Transaction in own Redeemable Shares
7 March 2012
The Company announces that on 7 March 2012 it purchased in the market 715,000 redeemable shares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") at a price of 722.5 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this transaction, there are 34,743,534 Redeemable Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
The Redeemable Shares are non-voting. The total number of voting rights in the Company will be unchanged at 36,666,013 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
