Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 525,723 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 176.90p, the lowest price paid was 172.35p and the average price paid was 174.0154p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 63,223,528 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,091,304,097 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
