The Company announces that it has today purchased 101,672 ordinary shares into Treasury at 478.94 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 72,154,852 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 209,479,058. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
