The Company announces that on 15th February 2024 it purchased 728 of its ordinary shares at a price of 450 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 141,227 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 2,738,071.
