Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 44,121 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 109.37 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,202,452 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 71,970,156.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 13,371 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 755.77 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,912,012 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 33,829,716.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Cash

The Company has today purchased 100,000 Managed Cash shares for cancellation at 99.50 pence per share.

Following the transaction the number of Managed Cash shares in issue is 5,055,865.

The Company does not hold any Managed Cash shares in Treasury.
