Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 554,254 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 173.20p, the lowest price paid was 169.60p and the average price paid was 171.691p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 62,697,805 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,091,829,820 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
