HALFORDS GROUP PLC: PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Halfords Group PLC announces that on 15 June 2011 it purchased, through Investec Bank PLC, 250,000 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 386.750 pence per share. The highest price paid was 390.0 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 379.70 pence per share.
Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 6,661,296 shares for cancellation, since 7 April 2011 when the buy back programme commenced.
