Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 46,890 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 911.82 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,883,184 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 26,743,078.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 33,227 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 91.80 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,547,328 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 72,202,811.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
